With the ranks of declared 2016 presidential candidates growing, a new CNN/ORC poll finds the contests for the Democratic and Republican presidential nominations solidifying around two key points: Hillary Clinton dominates everyone on the Democratic side, while no one has broken out of the pack on the Republican side.

When Chris Christie told his son he would be in New Hampshire this weekend, the kid’s reply was exactly the kind of pointed retort that has made his dad famous.

Yes, it’s possible Chris Christie missed his moment

Chris Christie sat down with “Today” host Matt Lauer to talk about his political future on Wednesday. And, Lauer, to his credit, got right to it — asking the New Jersey governor: “[Has] your moment passed?”

Christie gave the answer he was supposed to give. “I don’t know and neither do you,” he told Lauer. “We’ll see.”

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie says he wasn’t ready to be president in 2012 — but that he feels ready now.

“The only way you’re going to perform well is if you believe in your heart that you’re ready to be president. And I didn’t. And so there was no way I would have won in 2012. I wouldn’t have, because I wasn’t ready,” Mr. Christie told Yahoo News.
